We reverse-engineered Neel Dhingra's entire Forward Academy operation: the event site, the funnel, the backend, and 50 posts deep into @forward.usa. This page is what we found, and the exact version of it we build for Evolv.
The teardown
Neel Dhingra is a mortgage guy who built a personal brand, then sold the method to mortgage and real estate pros. Sound familiar? Forward Academy is Evolv with six more years of reps. Those reps built a 30,000-person email list and a machine that posts twice a day: event clips, webinar cuts, podcast moments, behind the scenes, and photo carousels shot properly at the event. The event anchors the machine. Everything else keeps it fed between events.
How the money actually moves
Every piece of Forward content pushes people one rung up a ladder. Every rung sells proximity to Neel and the room, never information.
30,000+ subscribers. Fed by keyword CTAs on every post: "comment REPLAY and we'll send the link."
Recurring revenue between events. Biweekly calls, content scripts, Skool platform.
1.5-day immersion with Neel's media team. Application only.
1,000 seats, two days, "Some events inform you. This one changes you."
Speaker lunches, the full recordings library, private party. Proximity, productized.
Not even on the public page. Private session and dinner the night before doors open.
The honest gap
Evolv already has the pieces: the event, the mastermind, the webbies, the footage, the list. What's missing is the system that connects them and runs every day.
| The mechanic | Forward today | Evolv today |
|---|---|---|
| Event IG posting daily | 2 posts a day, all year | Bursts around launches |
| Comment-keyword capture | On every post | Not wired |
| Replay as gated lead magnet | Selling next year's seats now | Webby replays unused |
| Tiered proximity (hard cap) | 125 VIP cap, published | Yes: Summit 2.0 runs 20 seats, 3 price tiers. This rung you have. |
| Recordings productized | VIP recordings library | Full talks sitting in Drive |
| Origin story as content beat | "My first event had 8 people" | Untold on camera |
| A mastermind backend | Yes | Yes. This rung you have. |
The build
Three engines, one system, run by the team that already shoots your event. This is what Neel's media team does for him. We become that for Evolv.
The Evolv IG becomes a daily channel: speaker moments, room FOMO, marketing one-liners in your voice, your origin story told properly, and photo carousels cut from the ~2,000 event shots already sitting in the drive. 40 to 60 pieces a month, mined from what we already shoot, captioned in the keyword-CTA format that feeds the list.
The part that turns views into money. Comment-keyword automations on every post, every webby playback you send us gated as a lead magnet, and every hand-raiser landing on your list with follow-up running behind it. Built on our LeadPace system, managed for you.
What we already do, productized the way Forward does it, and now with a crew of three on site at Summit 2.0 (Oct 8-9, Kelowna, inside this engagement): Neema directing, Jay on video, and a professional event photographer shooting phenomenal stills built for carousels, speaker cards, and next year's promo. Full talks packaged into a VIP recordings library, the recap film that sells next year, testimonial hype reels, and a content sprint around every webby and launch window.
The six months, on your calendar
Summit 2.0 is eight weeks out and needs applications, not an audience. EVOLV 3.0 needs an audience. This engagement covers both, in that order.
Keyword automations live on the Evolv IG, your webby playbacks gated as lead magnets, list capture flowing. This half runs on day one, it doesn't wait on an edit queue. The people who watched a webinar and didn't apply are the shortest path to twenty seats, and right now nothing is chasing them.
Two posts a day, cut from the ~200 pieces of raw material we cataloged in your drive. First batch lands about two weeks after green light, then it's daily, and none of it needs a new shoot day. Every caption points at the application page.
Crew of three at Lakeview Haven. Twenty people in an estate is the most sellable footage Evolv has ever had, and last cycle the intimate-room feeling is exactly what we under-shot. This time it's the whole assignment.
Fresh Summit footage plus the April vault, mined daily against the April 2027 room. Waitlist mechanics live, the recordings library packaged from the April talks and VIP workshops, and a warm audience already built when 3.0 tickets open.
The investment
This isn't an event line item. It's the machine underneath everything: the Summit, the channel, the brand behind it, and a warm room already waiting when EVOLV 3.0 opens.
Six-month partnership. Live in September, on site October 8-9, and building EVOLV 3.0's audience through January.
One note on event shoots: we're in Vancouver, the Summit is in Kelowna. This price doesn't include travel, so Evolv covers the crew's flights in and out plus accommodation for shoot nights. Additional shoot days billed per day.
Three months, love it or leave it.
If ninety days in you don't love what the Engine is doing for Evolv, walk away. No exit fee, no hard feelings, you keep everything we've built and published.
